On our websites (collectively, "TOS Terms of Sale"). We recommend that you read the "TOS" carefully before ordering at www.palombina.com.

We would like to draw your attention to our policies regarding terms of purchase in the TOS and our Privacy Policy.

REGISTRATION

To use some of the services or features offered on this site, you must register with us. PURCHASE ADMISSION

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance, and items in your shopping cart are not reserved and are available to be purchased by other customers.

If you are registered with us with your email notification of manufacture of a specific product presented on our site, we will notify you by e-mail within 48 hours of the product becomes available with us. Please do not count on occasion, some products are actually a particularly high demand will sell during this period quickly.

TARIFF POLICY

The prices shown on the website are in Euros and are exclusive of VAT at the applicable rate unless you have chosen an alternative country where VAT is non-taxable.

Customer will be charged for purchased items only. Shipping costs, Import duties / taxes will be billed separately directly to you from TNT / UPS / Courier OR to import broker designated by you. In case you are a customer whose debit / credit card are not denominated in euros, the final price will be calculated according to the exchange rate in effect on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

After placing your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order from us. This email is not acceptance of your order, it's just an automatic confirmation that we have received the order.

Unless you choose to cancel your order, acceptance and completion of your order and the contract between you and Palombina is completed.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY

General Shipping information :

In-stock Merchandise:
Is usually processed and shipped within 5 business days. Orders placed with Express shipping before 5pm IST will be shipped within 2 business days.

Wholesale / Preorders:
If the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock we will give you an expected shipping time by a follow-up email.

Multiple Shipments:
The merchandise you order may be shipped/despatched from several locations and so items may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances. Your original shipping charge will simply be split across the multiple packages when your order is charged.

You will be charged for each shipment separately when it ships. The total charges for all the shipments will equal to the total for the entire order.

Jewelry:
Jewelry cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. These items must be sent to a street address.

Carriers
Order tracking facility is provided for your orders. We use 4 different carriers to make sure your items arrive to you on time:

• UPS (United Parcel Service)
• FedEx
• DHL
• TNT Express

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

You have the right to cancel an order within 48 hours after placing it via email. While we do take rigourous quality control measures to ensure that all our products are shipped out in satisfactory condition. You have the right to return an order within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product/s and receive a FULL REFUND. Your refund will be processed within 7-15 working days from the receipt of returned products.

PAYMENT

We accept all major card brands - Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and all the other methods that can be advertised on our website from time to time. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. In case of PayPal payment option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Login' and review the amount indicated before clicking on 'Pay now' button. Once the transaction is complete, it will then return to PALOMBINA.COM. Payment will be charged to the account at the time of shipment of your order Palombina. You confirm that the credit / debit card used is yours and / or you have been specifically authorized by the owner / credit debit card for its use. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the respective card issuer. If the card issuer credit / debit card refuses to authorize payment of Palombina, we will not be responsible for any delays or non-delivery.

We take reasonable care to make our website and customer information secure. All transactions with debit / credit cards on our site are treated with a secure online payment gateway (i.e. CCAVENUE) which encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

In Palombina we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to ensure that your shopping experience is safe, secure and simple.

We take reasonable care, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, as it is in our power to do so, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we can not be held responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any of your data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.

INSURANCE AND DELIVERY

Palombina ensures every purchase through its courier partners during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address.

Please note that our goal is to ship all orders within a reasonable amount of time. The estimated delivery times are just a guideline and starting with the date and time of delivery. Palombina is not responsible for any delays caused by products or processes for destination customs clearance.

We take reasonable care to ship goods / shipping to your address listed; However, we could not be responsible for non-delivery or mis-delivery due to data entry errors or courier incorrect.

FAULTY GOODS:

For any manufacturing defect the goods can be returned or replaced within 7 working days from the date of receipt.

COLORS

While we have made every effort to display the items as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our site PALOMBINA.COM. However, due to the fact that computer monitors vary, we can not guarantee that the image display of any color will be completely accurate monitors.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Your use of the Site and its content in no way guarantees any rights to you in relation to copyright, trademarks, designs and any / all other intellectual property rights and rights to the content (related materials as described below in the Content section). It also grants to Palombina the right to use any content you provide for your own purposes including republication in any form or medium. Comments may be moderated and may take up to 72 hours to appear, but Palombina does not undertake to monitor all content and will not be responsible for third-party messages. NO WAIVER
In case of violation of the TOS and we take no action against you, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where it violates the TOS.

COMPLAINTS AND RIGHT

If you have a complaint about us email sales@PALOMBINA.com giving all the details, including the date of purchase and the order reference number, if applicable and your full name and address and contact details. The TOS together with all our policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law and the relevant courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
